Cigar Oasis carries a 1 year limited warranty for the product to be free of defects. If you have any problems with your unit you may contact Cigar Oasis. They will walk you through the troubleshooting prodecures and work with you to either repair or replace your unit.

 
Batteries are not covered by the warranty. Alterations to the product in any way will void the warranty, such as digging the foam out of the reservoir and replacing with a foreign material or dumping (propylene glycol) into the reservoir.
